Site Architecture And Navigation Through Research

 It would make sense that architectures are good web designers. I think that two of the most important parts of web design is navigation and appearance. These can directly correlate with architecture because when designing a building you want it to look good but you want it to be easy to travel through and efficient.
 When people go to a website they make up their mind on if they are going to stay or leave withing seconds, and if they cant find the path they are looking for they are often inclined to leave in frustration.
 When you see a building you first see the appearance or the outer shell of the place. But after when you go inside it is a complex system of rooms and hallways, bathrooms, elevators, stairs and ways to travel through he building and get to different destinations within the building. Similar to web design with the rooms being different pages. hallways and elevators are like pathways and navigation links.  
 There are many correlation between the two design elements making for an easy transition between the two designers. No it doesn't surprise me that architect are good web designers.

Future

I cant even watch this entire video without getting upset that I dont have it. Some people say I was born in the wrong time, too late. That they should have been around in the 60's or 70's for Woodstock and hippies. I say that I was born to early. This future is looking more and more realistic, in 50 years this is most likely how it will be.
 The ability to share information witlessly is becoming more important everyday. Not just because it makes things easier for users but it because if you don't have it that way it frustrates them, and pushes them away. People are expecting thees things more all the times. The phones and ipads on the table are a great way to share information. that could be used to help in brainstorming meetings.
